Duane,
Congrats on the V8, it must be a fun ride...
As to question number 2, I turn the radio in my '88 90q off manually when turning the car off. The rumor I've heard is that fuel (price) conscious europeans turn off their engines when stuck in traffic to save fuel but don't want interruption of their music. Of course, I have no idea if this is urban legend or fact...

Subject: '91 V8 questions
Picked-up an amazing '91 V8q over the weekend and have a few questions:
1. The MPG readout fluctuates greatly (ie; 12 to 135...) Cause?
2. The radio must be manually turned on/off. Normal? Fixable?
3. Are the telephones in these things worth keeping?
4. Illumination for the driver's air vent is_not. Is the bulb easily
replaceable?
Thanks for any answers/tips you can provide!
