I've always used a thin coat of anti-seize on the lug bolts. The only
factor is that technically you should lower the torque value for the bolts
because the recommended torque is for a dry bolt. Using the same torque
value on a lubricated bolt will result in a higher preload on the bolt due
to having less friction to overcome. That being said, and since trying to
figure out the percent reduction in friction is a study left for somebody
with more time on their hands, I have always used the same torque rating,
75-80 lb-ft, and haven't had any problems. As always, YMMV.
