Rear View Mirror NEEDED, BADLY

Yes, I do have the windshield anchor.

Uh, had the windshield replaced, moved the anchor up (I'm tall)...and well, it 
dropped.  In anyone else's audi, not a problem.  Mine is completely stripped of 
floors, centre console, and carpets...thus, the hard thunk into the 
transmission tunnel caused the glass to shatter.
