[urq] '85 Ur-Q getting a new head gasket

I'm not with this mod at all.  I've had 2 of these raceware stud conversions 
in my shop for...  Blown head gaskets.  I also run 22.5psi thru my 87 5ktqw, 
with the stock (new) head bolts, for over 40k miles.  I suppose one could 
argue that they can be reused, but if the reason for the reuse is to R&R a 
blown head gasket, the purpose seems somewhat oxymoronic.  My own thinking is 
that you replace the stock ones with new stock ones (head bolts), unless you 
are racing which might require routine teardown of the head.  I'll also share 
that replacing the head gasket only requires a total take-off of the head 
with racewears, not with stockers.

I'll install them for anyone that wants 'em.  I don't offer these as a 
"recommended buy" for increased safety, only ease of reuse.
