[s-cars] wacko heater

My non-list friend Gerald is also having this problem on his '93 100CSQA.
He has been corresponding with lister Sean Ford. As of this time Gerald
hasn't had a solution, (but the diagnostics code says it's the
controller) however Sean was about to dive into his console to try to fix
things. I'd start there (ask Sean!).
