To Kleen or Not to Kleen.

My 90 shut up (mostly) when I topped the oil up from the bottom of the
dipstick marking to the top of that marking.

Was that valve-kleaen stuff to put in the gas?  if so it's not gonna get
anywhere near the lifters.  If it was an oil additive it will, but, good
oil shouldn't need any added junk.  Maybe it is time for an oil change?
