272 sport cam and Jamex airbox opinions

Oh lord, another hurt ego.
The filter lets more dirt into the engine, therefore, I'm against 
it.  Simple as that.
Do I have to rehash the whole "there was a ton of dirt in the air filter 
housing where it should have been clean & the filter element was _clean_" 
argument with the K&N air filter?  I know I'm not alone on this one. Not 
looking to get into a pissing contest here.
