Fixing Small Windshield Cracks

I've used this type of windshield repair a lot. Couple key points to
consider. 
1) If you have a glass deductible, the insurance company will usually
waive that and pay the entire bill, as it is cheaper than replacing the
windshield.
2) It is very important to drill out the impact point, as this relieves
the stress point in the glass.
3) This type of repair can ONLY be done if it is not in the driver's
direct line of site. (That's why you are passing the state inspection.)
