Good call.
Has happened to my URQ twice in the last 6 months (second time on Mon), and 3 
times in the 2 years I've had it.
I have applied locktite and cranked the bejeebers out of it, to the point I 
think I'll strip it, and it still works loose.
I hope for his sake that is indeed the problem, as it's an easy fix. It's 
very annoying to be unable to get first gear to get home.
