I am relatively new to this great list, so please forgive me if this has been discussed (whenever I try to search the q-list archives, I get the "performed an illegal operation" message, and my hard drive seizes!). I would like to build a single-pass intercooler for my 89 200tq and mount it ABOVE the engine with an aftermarket hood scoop to force air into the cooler. I realize this will be a terribly redneck looking thing, so please don't be too appalled! Has anyone ever done this? thanks in advance.
