(NAC) keyless entry mystery

There are a number of areas in London where the same thing happens - phones
cut out too. Chief among them are Grosvenor Square and the area around the
new MI5 building. Strange isn't it? I mean, nobody would want to run
powerful ECM systems in central London would they?
