And I don't think I'm as meticulous about cleaning the glass either. Have
used for almost 20 years (O...M....G!). It was fun watching the big bad
bug hit and have his "fluids" make a trace from near the bottom of the
windshield all the way to the top. 
(I know, sick, sick, sick!). BTW, part of the reason I use the stuff is
to avoid the wiper scratches that do occur that eventually make the
windshield impossible to see through in low sunlight conditions.
