Gas prices up, Oil prices down

I saw a post the other day from someone who said Mobil 1 was on sale at Wal 
Mart.  I stopped there today expecting to pay 17.88 for 5 gallons and found 
it marked down to $14.66 / 5 gallons or $2.93 / qt.  I don't ever remember M 
1 that cheap.  I only had $60 with me so will need to go back and stock up.
They also had Valvoline for $5.40 / 5 gallons
