Fuel pressure reg info

Heya guys,
  I'm back from my vacation.  Now I'm working on the 4ktq.  And
I need to check Fuel Pressure.  I have the JC Whitney gauge but
where do I hook it up.
  The motor is an MC motor and I know that one of the lines you
can hook up at the Warm Up Regulator.  But the question is,
which line.  And where do you hook up the other line.
  IE...one line has a valve on it.  WHere does it go.  ANd then
where do I hook the line without the valve.
