Hey y'all,

As to Mike's comments.......Right ON man, Rave on brothah!!!!
I don't take s--t from "elite" mfr's either...in fact from NObody, as the man said, he "bought" the d'm thing it isn't a "rental"....In fact if it were a rental you'd probably get a replacement easily, if no other reason than that they could continue renting it to you!.....Consumers must drive mfr's support and back-up of the products they put into the marketplace. period there's no
excuse, especially from an "elite" company for any thing less than that.

As to Dave's comments: first, waddaya mean Sheeesh?, the man is right. and Second, I have a Blaupunkt Berliner ( I think) Stereo cassette, that I have had since like 87, and installed in my first Audi, an 83 5000, which was totaled in a head on with a woman who'd been dumped by her boyfriend, crying she was on my side of the median with no lights, That car saved my life, I saved the
Blaupunkt andstuck it into a 80 chevy capris, then after the insurance money came in to a 89 mazda 626, then my boy toy 78 chevy C10 pick-up truck now dead & gone...Loaned it to my dad for a couple years before he died last year in march to stick in his boy toy a volkwagon pick-up truck he was souping up. Pretty out of date now with cd's so thorougly integrated into the main stream,
but it has amazing power & clarity, & I've never even used a tape head cleaner on it, and still have it, and definately intend to to stick in some project in the future,
So go figure...

Ahhh that felt good
Nice to share
;-)

Michael
