1990 100

I have a 1990 100 with 91,000 miles on it, but recently it started to 
hesitate more than it should when going from Park to Reverse, and from 
Reverse to drive.  In addition to that it has a little clang or bang when 
taking off from a standstill if you give it more than just a tiny bit of 
accelerator.  I was hoping this was a motor mount or something, but i guess 
maybe I'm kidding myself.  Any help would be really appreciated.
