door wires fix ?

I think that moving the splice point out of dangerous spot (where wires are
bent) is a key here. But how to do that. I looked the loom going to the door -
I don't know how to pull the wire out of loom with unwraping it all the way. I
am afraid to break something pulling it out of door. I hate to take off a
door panel.
