Can anyone check which VAG cars use the 211 905 351 D ignition module?

Can anyone check which VAG cars use the 211 905 351 D ignition module?

I don't know if the 'D' is important.

This unit is supposed to be compatible with the Bosch 1 227 022 008 ignition
module that I need.

While we are at it, does anyone have a sketch over the connection of a 191
905 351 B ignition module? I hope to be able to use it instead of the '008'.
