ur-q temp lights

Hi all. I'm wondering why the blue light stays on all the time. I have a temp 
gauge mounted in the console, so I know what temp the motor is at anyway. 
Also, where is the sensor for it? There isn't one at the back of the head. 
Only the thermo time switch. There is a two wire switch that I got new from 
the dealer and connected it, but it made no difference.
 Also, the wire for the ecu is hooked up. Any thoyghts?
