Another reason why I prefer Audi's to Subie's

This past weekend, I assisted my parent's on a drive from Suburbia to NYC
in their Subie Legacy. The absolute first thing I noticed (having not
driven the car in awhile) was that the thing (okay, it had 4 people in
it) had what really felt like NO brakes. I checked, and they were fully
functional, they just stunk. NO VAG product, except for my friend's now
deceased '70 Beetle, has EVER felt this underbraked. Wasn't fun in heavy
Manhatten traffic.
