Upgrading the old 74 fox

Well in order for the 1.8T engine to work correctly it needs all of
the electronics, wiring, and the Motronic system ignition and fuel
components which would make the swap quite complex.  It's possible,
of course, but it would not be a 'bolt-on with slight mods' affair as
the original poster desired...
