What seats will fit in a 4000?

Huw,
  How different is the rear track width.  VW Jettas and Audi
4kq's are different as well but its about 1/2" so its easy to
tweak the arms on the seat to make them fit.  But sometimes if
your not careful it will be touch to slide the seat so it takes
a little time to get it right.
  Anyhow, how different is the 80q Manual seat track width.  I
would think it wouldn't be that far off but then again, I really
dont know.
