rounin rough, again

   Hello list,

 I'v been havin a problem with the way my 87 5ksq(non
turbo) has been runnin I posted the problems about a
month ago goes somethin like this,
 car starts,
 idles at 1k then under 700 rpm and car starts to
shake I'll hit the accelerator pedal and a pop,
backfire noise comes from under the big black boot
that covers the fuel distributor, smoothes down after
a while then when drivin it feels like it don't have
any power,

 So after more than a few people saied that my 02
sensor was bad I replaced it even though It only had
35k on it and it was the 3 wire bosch oe direct
plugin, it didn't make a difference now other things
that have been replaced within the past 6k are,
 all hoses with good ones, cap/rotor, plugs, gas, air,
oil filters, ignition coil, coolant sensor, thermo
time switch(the two on the driver side front of valve
cover) throttle switch about 35K ago, plug wires about
30k ago, fuel injectors & lines about 20k ago,
everything has been replaced with eather Bosch, Mann,
or OE,
 lets just saie the only things that haven't been
replaced in a while or never are the fuel distributor,
and throttle body.
   I'v looked at Scotts web site but I'm stumped what
am I forgetin? any help would be great
