One rule of cooling systems - plan on replacing all the parts once one
dies and gets replaced.  You keep "improving" system pressure and it
keeps tkaing out the next weakest link...

well, the planets magnetic field for one.  So that was you... I
wondered.

Find something running off the load reduction relay, say, at the
auxiliary relay panle and tap into that.  Sorry I can't be more
specific...  The 90 has a neat little yellow (relay mount sized) bus
plate with six male connectors that just happen to be ignition voltage. 
Make sure to keep running battery power to the memory wire on the head
unit, btw.
