4kq cam upgrade (Schrick/Blau vs. 2.3)

On the 2.3 cam..
i notice the idle is about the same....
low end grunt seams fine as well..
but having the empty cat (pleze no flames) and the turbo muffler definately 
helped out...
i switched the same cam to a 4kq that had a factory exhaust and a cam and 
did not have the same power..
but still pulled nicely on the freeway.. 110mph was easy to obtain..

don't know the exact specs on the cam maybe someone will jump in here?
