Probably easiest to. You shouldn't need to remove the shroud, but pulling
the inner fender would REALLY help here. I turned the wheels full left
lock to gain a little more room when I installed my radiator two weeks
ago.

The jumper cables. And perhaps the voltage regulator on the alternator,
but since your car is running (check the voltmeter to be sure) I doubt
it's fried.
