HELP: injector air shroud cone came off

Maybe I''ve been lucky, but I have always been able to fish them out - 
usually by just pushing my finger into the broken shroud and pulling it out.  
Make sure you get all the small pieces that break off the lip where it snaps 
on the brass insert.  After a couple of injector removal projects, I would 
recommend having a spare set of shrouds and the small sealing rings on hand 
before removing the injectors.
