HELP!, Mr. Hack, Ebay

I just noticed that Add earlier today.  That is really bad if
its true.  I wonder if Ned could prosecute for impersonation of
product?  Anyone know, either way Ned should know about this.
(Ned is the wonderfully kind and talented gentleman who owns
Intended Acceleration).
  Has anyone actually bought anything from this guy?
