Ebay and frauds

Just a couple of quick notes...

If you intend to sell something on ebay, why don't you offer it to the list
*first*? Why tell us that you've *already* posted it?

Second, for those that have been duped by an ebay sheister, there are
appropriate procedures with ebay to get them booted off...and if you think
that someone (Mr. Hack) is selling something that is not as represented,
again there are procedures to inform ebay of this. They may indeed take
actions, like booting him off, so it's worth going through the trouble of
posting a note to the ebay authorities.
