Dash switches in 200 vs. V8 as well as fogs (again)

On my previous 92 100 (which has basically the same dashboard and
console) the cubby bin and switch frame structure was one unit, so you
must get the switch frame structure from a car that has all switches, and
then fill in the vacant spots with blanks. My Cabriolet has a full row of
switches, it would be quite impressive at night if all the ligths were
working.
