Well, seems a bit high in price, especially considering the windshield is
upwards of $500-800 installed.
Tell you what, I have an 89.5 Audi 200q, pearl white, very good interior in
heated black sport leather, airbag, with 280k miles. Exterior better than
average for the mileage. All the little gadgets and gizmos work. It has a
new clutch, new timing belt/water pump. New injectors, complete tune-up. A
ZF reman rack & pump, good hoses installed and a reman bomb on the way. New
heater core and recent blower motor. Recent all metal radiator, tires, fuel
pump, reman alternator, door lock upgrades. Compression test shows 145psi
to 150psi across the board. Factory boost gauge often displays 1.4 bar....
=) Comes with 5 stock turbo wheels with recent BFG Comp T/As.
I have a new child on the way, and my better half says one of my turbo cars
has to go. She wants me to get a Cabriolet for summer.... So this one hits
the for sale list. You could have it for $3100. I'm located in NH, and
have my records, as well as those of the previous two owners. Pictures
available
At $3900 with expensive repairs on the horizon, the owner you're talking
about is trading highly on the low mileage and full records.
