The 18 mm fitting looks like it might go but it says
O-ring seal, at least the type 44 is crush washer.
Per my other post a good custom hose shop should
have 18 mm to -10AN.

I had two hoses made up.... the discovered that my careful measuring
did not allow enough play for the engine moving on the mounts. My
recommendation is to buy some HP A'quip hose and fittings and make
them yourself. Assuming you use 1/2" ID hose and -10AN fittings
you will need:
a. A vice (lots of torque required to mount up fittings)
b. Bloody big 1 1/8" ring spanner (to hold fitting barrel)
c. Not quite as big 1" (to tighten/adjust hose fitting angle)
d. Dremel with carbide cutting disks (to start cutting outer wire
sheathing, can finish with hacksaw and good blades).
Get the free A'quip guide at the hose shop while getting your hose,
it describes the correct technique for getting the fittings on.
It does require a huge a mount of torque to get these fittings on,
but they seem to be very, very strong. The bonus is that they are
reusable..... You may need the high flex hose if you have tight
radius bends, the std stuff is very stiff.
Cheers
