Coach House on 31

Are any of the greater Chicago area listers familar with The Coach House on 
31 in McHenry, IL. It's phone is disconnected and the building is for sale, 
but there are quite a few licensed cars and a large number of parts cars on 
the lot. Anyone know what is going on? I did notice a current licensed white 
quattro on the lot.
