Relay question 89 90q

Hi all...

'fraid I don't have much time right now, life is pretty busy.

Can anyone tell me where the dead-headlight relay is, and how to remove/bridge 
it.  It seems the relay is toast, because both h-lights work..but it thinks 
they don't.

Secondly, can anyone tell me where the dead brakelight relay is, and if it can 
be removed/bridged like the above relay? 

Seems my quattro wishes to believe there is a brakelight out as well...
