Why don't you take the car to a competent independent shop for a second
opinion?

It sounds to me like the Stealer (ooops!  I meant to say Dealer) is trying
to steal your car from you.  All this BS about replacing the turbo, main
bearings, etc sounds like scare tactics, based on speculation.  Is there
real evidence that these items are damaged?

Go to the Audifans list of recommended mechanics and see if there is one
mentioned in your area.  If not ... ask around.

If you decide to let the Dealer steal your car, please offer a Q-list
member an opportunity to match the deal.  I'll give you $4K for the car.
