I measured them again more carefully and now reckon the drop is only about
5mm. Pity the new bump rubbers were a full 20mm short. Guess this particular
model is just damn awkward. I cut a couple of slices out of the olds ones to
pack them up - old VW competition trick useful when regulations don't permit
fitting stiffer springs. My bushings were also very bad, it will be
interesting to see if replacement jacks my rear end up any (!).
Still to pick them up from the machine shop (Friday).
