Turbo Conversion Harvest

I am working on a 4ktq MC turbo conversion project.  The turbo engine,
harness, computer, etc. are from an '86 5000 TQ.  I am certain that I have 
taken all of the mechanical items that I need from the donor car but I'm not 
sure about the electrical items.  I have the computer and the full red and 
yellow harnesses out of the donor.  Looking at all of the wiring that 
remains in the donor car, I can't help but feel that there is something that 
I'm missing.

My question is this, what other electricals should I pull beside the
computer, and the red and yellow harnesses?  Is the auto-check system worth 
messing with?  My view of the electrical side of this project is fuzzy (at 
best).  Please advise.
