if they are stripped, yes. you can try a thred
restorer and see how they torque after that ,but do
not use a tap, use a thred restorer. you will need a
hub and bearing, if the holes are bad. who had your
wheels off last ??? give them a call. if it was a shop
they owe you a hub and bearing, if it was you, you owe
it to yourself.
