suspension squeak

If you can get a needle or fine nozzle under the boot, I'd try a silicone
based grease (i.e. something that doesn't attack rubber). Usually the
joint is still good, just dry. But, whatever lube you use must not ruin
the boot, or you'll end up replacing the entire $120 tie rod assy. (ask
me how I know). Actually, the boot on mine was already torn badly enough,
so I successfully used WD-40 until I had time to do the joint. Works, but
boy did it kill the rubber. No individual tie-rod ends, nor boots seem to
be availible in the US though, so I just had to bite the bullet.
