You might want to try some Loctite "Form A Thread Stripped Thread
Repair". It's an epoxy like mix that according to loctite can hold up to
128 ft. lb. of torque. Easy to use and your wheel bolt is the form for
the new threads. I have seen it used successfully on a Mercyless Benz or
two, so it should work on the Audi. Probably best to use a brand new lug
bolt.
It's rare for the hubs to strip out, the wheel bolts are supposed to be
made of a weaker metal which lets go first under stress.
