Interior Panel Removal

Hi everyone
I have a 89' 100 (type 44) and I  am having a bit of difficulty removing the lower drivers side kick panel. I want to access it to get to the auxiliary fuse panel for the windows. I already removed one screw near the bottom but it seems to  be hung up at the top. Is there another screw up there that I just don't see? Or does the screw holding the hood release lever go through the panel?? BTDT is much appreciated
