Interior Panel II

Sorry guys, maybe I am using the wrong terminology for "kick panel". I have been getting a few helpful (Thanks) suggestions but it seems that they are referring to a panel under the instrument panel.The panel  in question sits to the left side of the driver by his feet. The panel is to the left of the hood release. It goes up to the dash and down to the floor. In the 100 there is an auxillary fuse box behind it. I don't know if there are any other screws in the top of it. I know there is one at the bottom (already removed) but the top is tight. I just don't want to yank on it if there is something going through it at the top
