924Turbo (931) and 2.0l interchange

The only thing the 931 engine has in common with the fox/rabbit/golf engine
is the fact it's got 4 cylinders and the same firing order.  Timing belt and
tensioner are also the same as the 1.5-1,8 8v engines, but not the 2 litre.
Period.  No other important interchanges.  The (2 litre)16v golf head might
fit the 2 litre Audi block, but I wouldn't bet on it working with the 8v
block due to passage differences.  On this I could be wrong, however.  Back
to theorizing.  John
