i sent of for a quote for front shocks and lowering springs, heres the reply, can anyone tell me about the brands and how good value for money they might be, (ive never heard of any bar skf)

Springs are Lejofors Swedish manufacture

    Dear Sir, I'm affraid we can only supply springs in car sets. 
    Car sets of springs are £87.50 and will lower 35mm.
    Front dampers start at £56.00 each.
    Top mounts kits are £7.50 each (but DO NOT contain the bearing, from what I can see the bearing is only available from main dealer).
