Yes, turbocharged cars, in particular those with intercoolers like
our Audis, thrive on cool ambient temperatures. When it get really
hot performance does suffer. This is because the intercoolers won't
be able to drop the intake temperature down as much, therefore the
boosted air won't be as dense as could be.
