One can make a good home-built pressure bleeder very similar to the Motiv unit
for under $30 or so.  I did and it works great.  I was able to do a complete
brake system flush on my 4000 with it in about 15 minutes.  For info about

I built one very similar to the one in the article, complete with a
pressure gauge.  Instead of the Ace hardware garden sprayer I got one
like it (0.5 gallon) from a local Orchard Supply Hardware store.
