They're out of stock at Bentley Publishers (they might have a couple loose 
Volume III electrical etc. around).  There are likely some still in the 
distribution network (i.e., at a reseller such as the Audi dealer network, or 
a company that carries the books).  If you buy through Audi, it's full retail 
price ($265).

I expect they'll reprint the manual eventually, if there is enough demand.  
It is also available as a CD for $100.
