Jorgen rack warranty?

You can read their warranty yourself 
at:   http://www.jorgenauto.com/warranty.html     It seems to say the parts 
have a lifetime replacement guarantee in the event of defect, subject to 
their evaluation.  The labor replacement funds are available only for a 
year and only if the service is performed by a licensed technician.  Jorgen 
is located in Michigan, which has a mechanic testing and licensing program.
