Weather Woes on my S6....

I have a VDO vacuum / boost gauge in my chipped 91 200 20 V.  The hotter it 
gets, the least boost I have.  Its be hot here too, (102 on the car 
thermometer in the shade) and I'm lucky to 15 psi where I normally see 20 in 
the summer and 22 in the winter.  Its probably the inherent safety systems 
protecting your engine.
