	i'm in las vegas.  my friends and i rented ferraris today.
	got it to 160mph.  thank bob for straight, deserted desert
	roads, because it simply was not possible to give the
	thing gas in a turn.  the back end comes right out.  i'd
	take a quattro over a ferrari any day - though once in
	that class, if the choice is ferrari or quattro, you can
	bet i'd be getting an rs4.
